10 Roller Ball Recipes to raise your wellness line

So you want to raise your wellness line?  Essential oils can help!  Here are some easy roller recipes to get you on your way!

Roller balls are excellent and easy ways to apply your oils.  Make one or many, label them, throw them in your purse for oiling on the go anytime, anywhere!

I buy my roller bottles on Amazon. Your local health food store may carry them as well, so check that out. Always use a carrier oil in your rollers, and depending on the age of the person you will be using it on, be sure to properly dilute. I prefer grapeseed or fractionated coconut oil but others great carrier oils are olive oil, almond oil and avocado oil.

These rollers are for adult use, adjust if you'd like to use on little ones!
